Annual Fall Aeration & Overseeding: AVIARA does NOT renovate and overseed all their greens and fairways in the fall. They ONLY lightly renovate and overseed their tees and rough. The biggest impact to play is that the golf course is wetter than normal and golf carts will be confined to the paths at different times during the process. This is a necessary practice they perform to provide quality playing conditions and green color for players during the winter months.
